Rick Royce burst onto the catering scene in Los Angeles over 20 years ago and gained prominence in 1985 when his Baby Back Ribs took first place at America's largest and most famous BBQ competition, "The National Rib Cook-Off", held annually in Cleveland and attended by over 250,000 people.

Over the next few years Rick's BBQ quickly became the favorite of many Los Angeles celebrities, sports personalities and television and movie studios as well as the Los Angeles business community and his valued private clientele.
