Elegant and Easy Gourmet

Words like “cuisine” and “gourmet” are unsettling to novice cooks and can send even experienced cooks running away because they may feel a lack of both time and talent.
That’s why I’ve created Elegant and Easy Gourmet.
My cooking classes and recipes are delightful but Elegant and Easy! You can prepare beautiful and healthy meals in an ordinary kitchen and in much less time than you might imagine.
I emphasize the use of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood and herbs. I also show how to use simple shortcuts and I provide options for using frozen meats and seafood, as well as dried herbs and fruits.
In addition to recipes and cooking classes check out my fresh produce and herb blend creations. I want you to have fun in the kitchen…take delight in your creations…and share good food with good friends and family.
